  • How to contact Customer service?

    To contact QuuBe, do one of the following:

    1) 1:1 Inquiry
    Qbox ▶ click [Help] ▶ select [1:1 Inquiry] ▶ select category of your inquiry and write down the problem ▶ click [Submit]

    2) Live Help 
    Qbox ▶ click [Help] ▶ select [Qoo10 Live Help] ▶ select FAQ and check if you can get solution ▶ click [Ask a Question] if you need further help ▶ You will be connected to Live Help Chatting service

    3) Call
    Qbox ▶ click [Help] ▶ select [Call] 
    ※ Call Service is available in English

  • Contact sellers

    To contact a seller, do one of the following:

    1) Go to the item page on QuuBe and click Item Q&A button. Then Qpost will be popped up. 

    2) If you've already made orders, go to My Orders, find the item in the list and click cart no., and click Inquiry button at side menu.
    Or, you can click [Qpost] at side menu of QuuBe apps.  

    Note:

    Please give sellers two business days to respond. In most cases, you'll receive a reply much sooner. If you don't hear from the seller within two business days, kindly visit Help to solve the problem.
