  • Confirmed the Delivery by Accident

    Once you confirmed delivery, there is no way to retrieve to the previous status.

    Normally the delivery will proceed regardless of whether you have confirmed the delivery or not.

    Thus, we advise you to check item’s shipping info under recent order page.

  • Find a missing package that shows as delivered

    If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

    Verify the shipping address at My Qoo10
    Look for a notice from courier company of attempted delivery
    Look around the delivery location for your package
    See if someone else accepted the delivery
    Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.

    If you still can't find your parcel, you can contact courier company to claim Non-receipt.

    You can also ask seller regarding shipping information.
